This is a photo of a concrete patio project that we completed in the Glencoe, Il area. This concrete patio was originally built as a comfortable backyard gathering place but had fallen into disrepair over the years and was cracked, chipped, and buckling in several areas. These Glencoe area homeowners wanted to improve their backyard area by repairing the concrete and they hired us to complete the project. We began by demolishing the old concrete patio and completely hauling away all debris. We then smoothed the underlying area and built temporary wooden support frames to pour the new concrete into. After installing all the necessary gravel and wire mesh we finally poured the new concrete into the desired areas. As the concrete was cooling we smoothed, cut, and shaped it until it finally hardened into its current shape. We can see by the smooth, flat surface and clean appearance that this concrete patio project was completed properly. These Glencoe area homeowners were very pleased with our work and will continue to enjoy their new concrete patio for years to come.

Glencoe, Il 60022 – Concrete Walkway
This is a concrete walkway project that we completed on the side of a home in the Glencoe, Il 60022 area. This walkway had fallen into a state of disrepair and was slowly creating a very unsafe and unpassable situation for these residents. We were hired to remove all of the old debris in order to completely install a new concrete walkway. We began by breaking up and hauling away all of the old concrete and smoothing out the underlying area as we see on the left. We then built wooden support framing to shape the concrete and installed all the necessary wire mesh and gravel. We were then ready to pour the new concrete into the desired shape. As the concrete was drying we smoothed, cut, and shaped it and set it to dry. In the photo on the left the concrete is finishing drying. We can see that it has a smooth and consistent look and once it sets it will create and stable and usable walkway that these Glencoe, Il area homeowners can safely use for many years to come.
